Practicing how to breath/focus/relax/be still, while putting my body in uncomfortable and awkward positions, is perfect practice for the uncomfortable and awkward situations life has in store for me.
With this realization I was on my way to India to learn more. My training in traditional Hatha yoga as well as my experience with public speaking and personal coaching have given me many tools to support students in achieving new levels of peace, confidence and inner-strength. It means the world to hear a student say “I didn’t think I could do that” or “I feel better” after a class. So if you’re ready to take the plunge, I’m ready to share.
